Funderce - Crowdfunding & Ecommerce Strategy

Meta Ads Audits and Strategy

Ads Meta can measure, and an account built to learn. For crowdfunding campaigns and online stores.

Why tracking comes first

Meta finds buyers by learning from the people who already converted. When it cannot see your signups, reservations or purchases, it optimizes for the wrong people, and the results in the dashboard stop matching the bank account.

That is why every audit starts with tracking, then moves to how the account is built and what the results say.

What usually goes wrong

  • Building the page and the ads around a guess about who buys
  • Setting the price before looking at what comparable campaigns charged
  • Starting press and creator outreach weeks before launch, when it is too late to land
  • Counting email signups as proof of demand

Stages: Research (crowdfunding), Validation (crowdfunding), Prelaunch (crowdfunding), Live campaign (crowdfunding), Grow (online store). We are not an agency that runs everything: you bring us in where it helps, and your team keeps the rest.

What we do

  • Pixel and Conversions API checked
  • Structure, audiences and results read
  • Findings ranked by what to look at first

What stays with you

  • Running and managing the ads
  • Creative production
  • Budgets

Facebook ads for Kickstarter and Indiegogo

Ads run from research to the last day: angle tests in research, small budgets during validation, audience building in prelaunch, and launch and live traffic.

The audit checks that Meta sees the steps that matter at your stage, from signups and reservations to traffic sent to the live campaign.

For online stores

For a store, the question is whether Meta sees purchases with their value, and whether the account is built to find more buyers like them.

The full audit reads tracking, structure, results and creative together, with the landing pages the ads send people to.

Meta Ads Audit

Running Meta ads and not sure the numbers are right, or why results changed?

A written audit of your Meta ad account: whether Meta sees your conversions, how the account is built, and how campaigns perform. You get the risks, blockers and opportunities, ranked by what to look at first; you or your media buyer make the changes.

A good fit

  • Online stores and crowdfunding campaigns running Meta ads
  • Service businesses running leads or sales campaigns
  • Accounts up to EUR 10k monthly spend

Best time: Before you scale spend, after results change, or when the numbers in Meta and your store disagree.

Not a fit

  • App install campaigns
  • Running or managing the ads

How the Meta Ads Audit works

1

Questionnaire

Your goal, budget and the problem you see.

2

Partner access

Analyst access to the ad account and Events Manager; nothing is changed.

3

We audit

Tracking first, then structure and results for the full audit.

4

Report

Findings with the evidence, ranked by what to look at first.

What you receive

A written report with the evidence for each finding and a ranked list of what to look at first.

Not included

Managing ads, creative production and lifting account restrictions.

SampleYour report is about your project

Purchases are counted twice

Impact: HighEffort: Medium

Why it matters: The pixel and the Conversions API both send each purchase without a shared event ID, so Meta reports more sales than your store records and budget decisions rest on inflated numbers.

Do this: Send the same event ID from both sources, then compare Meta's purchases with your store's orders for 7 days.

“Once again, another great session! Developing a roadmap for success in a very niche industry is complex. It's hard to believe we're able to cover so much ground in such a limited amount of time. Khach's ability to quickly evaluate and fine-tune our approach is remarkable. Clearly an expert, Khach plays a significant role in our digital transformation.”
